Lucas has over ten years of experience in the renewable energy industry, he has managed a variety of projects including the construction of highly sustainable homes, grid-connected and off-grid Solar PV plants throughout NSW, SA and the ACT. Beyond project management, his capabilities include Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)  contract management, project feasibility, financial analysis and business development. 

As part of his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program at ANU, Lucas undertook a subject from the school of Energy Change titled Principles of Energy Generation and Transformation and acquired technical details of the Solar PV technology, Bio-refineries and Wind Energy. 

In addition to the MBA degree, Lucas is a licensed builder, a certified home sustainability assessor, has completed a diploma in project management and a Bachelor Degree in Tourism Management.
